A 30-second self-check that resolves most tickets:

  • Heal/feature not firing? Open Settings, click RE-INJECT NOW. Solves cold-start cases where the desktop attached before Lords finished booting.
  • Missing a Pro feature? Confirm your key is redeemed under Dashboard → Redeem, then restart the desktop app.
  • Pro role missing in Discord? Check Settings → Linked accounts — the role syncs once your Discord is linked. Up to 5 minutes for the bot to pick it up.
  • Locked out of your account? Use password reset first; if that fails, email us with the email address you signed up with and we'll restore access.
