Terms of Service

Welcome. These are the Terms of Service ("Terms") for Lords Assist ("the Service"), operated by <OPERATOR> ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

01What the Service is

Lords Assist is a desktop application that provides quality-of-life input tooling — hotkeys, presets, automation loops bound to single keystrokes — for the official Lords Mobile PC client. The Service does not modify game files and does not transmit forged data to game servers.

We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IGG Inc. or any of its affiliates. "Lords Mobile" is a trademark of its respective owner.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must own a valid Lords Mobile account and you remain solely responsible for your compliance with IGG's terms of service. We do not guarantee that using the Service is permitted by IGG, and we are not a substitute for reading IGG's rules.

03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Don't share your password, your redemption keys, or your active session with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, reset your password and contact us.

Each account is bound to one PC at a time via a one-way machine fingerprint. If you switch machines, contact us on Discord to have the binding reset — see the FAQ for details.

04Access keys, payment, and renewal

The Service is sold as time-limited access keys. Each key, when redeemed, grants a fixed window of access to the Service. Keys do not auto-renew. We do not store payment instruments and we do not bill recurring charges. When your key expires, the Service stops working until you redeem another.

Prices, key durations, and tier features are listed on the pricing page and may change for new keys at any time. Changes do not affect already-redeemed keys for the duration of their access window.

05Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't resell or share your keys, don't reverse-engineer the Service to build a competing product, don't use the Service to harass other players, and don't use the Service on hacked or modified Lords Mobile clients. Violations can result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

06License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on the PC to which your account is bound, for as long as you have a valid redeemed key. We do not sell you the software — you do not own a copy and may not redistribute it.

07Intellectual property

Lords Assist, the shield-and-chevron mark, and all Service source code, agents, design assets, and documentation are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you. You retain ownership of any data you create using the Service (e.g. battalion presets, gear loadouts) and grant us a minimal license to host and back up that data so the Service can deliver it back to your devices.

08Service availability

We offer the Service on a best-effort basis. Game updates, our infrastructure incidents, third-party outages, and maintenance windows can interrupt the Service. We do not provide a binding service-level agreement. When we are aware of significant disruptions, we publish them on our status page.

09Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any specific outcome with respect to your gameplay or your standing with IGG.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost gameplay progress, lost guild standing, or loss of virtual goods.

The above does not limit liability for: (i) intentional misconduct or gross negligence; (ii) personal injury caused by us; (iii) liability under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG); or (iv) statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived by contract. For data-protection claims, your statutory rights under the GDPR are unaffected by this clause.

11Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim, demand, or loss (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, (b) your sharing or resale of access keys, or (c) any unlawful act you commit using the Service.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal risk. We will give you reasonable notice where possible.

On termination, your remaining key time is forfeited unless the termination was caused by us in breach of these Terms, in which case the Refund Policy applies.

13Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.

14Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive venue for any dispute (where permitted by mandatory consumer law) is the courts of <VENUE_CITY>.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

15Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please email us first at contact@lordsassist.com — we'd rather fix issues directly than involve courts. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obliged or willing to participate in arbitration before a consumer-arbitration body.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. For material changes (limitation of liability, termination, payment) we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree to the new Terms, you can stop using the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms.

17Severability and entire agreement

If any clause of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
