Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and explains the kinds of use that are not allowed. The goal is short: keep the Service useful for the players who pay for it, and don't let it become a tool for harm.
01What you can do
- Use the Service on your own Lords Mobile PC client, on the PC bound to your account.
- Configure hotkeys, presets, and battalions however you like for your own play.
- Talk about the Service publicly — reviews, streams, guild recommendations, screenshots — as long as you don't misrepresent it.
02What you must not do
- No commercial resale of keys. Gifting an unredeemed key to a friend is fine — keys are single-use, so once redeemed, that's it. What's not allowed is commercial resale, markup, or running an unauthorized "key reseller" service outside our authorized reseller program — that undercuts our resellers and creates fraud risk for everyone.
- Share login credentials. Don't let other people use your account.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service — except as mandatory law allows — or use it to build a competing product.
- Use the Service on hacked, cracked, or modified Lords Mobile clients. The Service is intended for the official IGG PC client only. Using it alongside other cheats / unauthorised clients can put your IGG account at risk and can put us at risk legally.
- Use the Service to harass, dox, threaten, or stalk other Lords Mobile players or any third party.
- Circumvent the per-PC binding by tampering with the machine fingerprint, running on virtualisation specifically to spoof a different PC, or any other technical workaround.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose — money laundering, market manipulation in third-party virtual-good marketplaces, fraud, or anything else prohibited where you live.
- Probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure beyond the legitimate use of the Service. Responsible security disclosures are welcome — see Section 06.
03Your responsibility for IGG's rules
You remain solely responsible for compliance with IGG's terms of service for Lords Mobile. We make no representation about whether using third-party tooling is permitted by IGG. If IGG sanctions your account for something you did while using the Service, that is a matter between you and IGG.
04Account sharing and per-PC binding
Each Lords Assist account is bound to one PC at a time. If you switch machines and need the binding reset, contact us on our Discord and a team member will handle it. Frequent reset requests, simultaneous sessions, or patterns consistent with multiple users on one account will flag the account for review and may trigger suspension.
05Reporting violations
If you notice someone breaking this AUP — a key being resold publicly, a Lords Assist account being used for harassment, anything similar — email contact@lordsassist.com. We treat these reports confidentially.
06Security disclosures
If you find a security vulnerability in the Service, please email contact@lordsassist.com with details. Do not exploit it beyond what's needed to confirm the issue, and don't publish it before we have a chance to fix it. We acknowledge reports within 72 hours and will credit you if you want.
07Consequences of violations
Depending on severity and history, violations can result in one or more of:
- A warning email asking you to stop the conduct.
- Temporary suspension of your account.
- Permanent termination of your account, with no refund.
- Reporting to law enforcement if the conduct is criminal or harms third parties.
- Civil claims for damages we incur as a result of the violation, including the cost of defending third-party claims.
We'll generally start with the lightest action that fixes the problem.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP over time. Material changes are announced to registered users by email at least 14 days in advance, the same as for the Terms of Service.
